I would charge,
£8.95 for 5 canapés, £11.95 for 7 canapés,
£14.95 for 9, and £16.95 for 11 canapes per person.
All the prices are inclusive of the vat.
I can also provide staff to serve the canapes and the drinks.
I would charge £22.50 per staff per hour with a minimum of 3 hours per staff, plus travelling expenses.
I would think that you would need 1 staff for anything up to 20 people, 2 staff up to 40-50 people, 3 staff for up to 70 people.
The price includes the chef to finish the canapes and present them on olive wood boards.
Depending on the purpose of the canapés I would recommend 5 of them before a meal, and a minimum of 7-9 if just a drink party, and 11 per person if catered during a mealtime all depend also on the time of the day.
Will you be requiring any drinks, bar tools, glasses, ice cubes, anything else?
